***Motive of this website is to merge and dissolve in uttermost integrity that governs everything including wisdom of Homo Sapiens.
The wisdom which (since ages) is under the influence of magnetism of our planet and its varieties; and being entirely lost in this diversity it hardly finds time to witness the mysterious engineering work done within the nerve fibres to spontaneously perceving and reacting/responding to the surrounding stimuli. One should witness this transmission (thought process) without being involved in its spontaneity. Once learnt, it makes eyes mysterious and a more meaningful object than anything else on this planet (outside the human body).

Level of Consciousness (LoC)
Mind-Body is one entity and (physical) body is the most gross appearance of it. Body changes in proportion to change in the structure of mind [For details see Mind-Body Equilibrium].
For an absolute symmetry of mind-body (including all living beings),
Activities of physical structure = Thought process of psychic structure
As far as the above equation holds true for an entity, mind-body equilibrium is there; and how long it stays depends on the level of consciousness (LoC).
Derivation (of LoC)
For details of terminologies mentioned here, see below in appropriate section (Introduction to philosophy).
Mind-Body - (Unconsciousness + Attentive Unconsciousness) = Consciousness
True Identity - Suppressed Identity = Ego
Consciousness + Ego = Level of Consciousness (LoC)
It varies from species to species, e.g, highest in humans and least in plants/trees.

Psychology of "Conscious" - The Real Life Myth
Human babies and other living beings of lower level of consciousness such as animals live real life, enjoy every moment, happy from all directions, open to all dimensions (of life), stay healthy and beautiful. Its because their activities are parallel to thought process. They are on the right way by nature and it all happens unless their spontaneity is disturbed. There is no restriction at all because there is no consciousness (to prompt). From the philosophical point of view consciousness is nothing but an easier way to restrict ourselves what to do and what not to do. The moment it starts happening the individuality divides, mind-body integrity starts adjusting to keep harmony and this process becomes worse with (more and more) consciousness that encourages disorders to take space where the mind-body integrity is broken. Most of the times mind gets diverted unconsciously to where consciousness wouldn't like to surrender (may be due to ego) that is how the difference starts appearing (within) and this struggle of conscious and unconscious gives birth to psychological disorders. For how psychological disorders impacts body, you may see Mind-Body Equilibrium.
Is unconscious real? If one thinks unconscious is real its more than 90% correct; though the world appears real when conscious. Unconscious mind reflects true characteristics and nature of an individual because one can stop showing original face when conscious by (cleverly) governing the expressions and behavior symmetrical to ego but this clever governance does not work in the state of unconsciousness where ego (pseudo-identity) merges with true identity; perhaps this is the reason why Sigmund Freud chose dreams to work on to find the true individual and its psychology.

Introduction to Philosophy (Unconscious - The Real Life)
Depression, hypertension and various other psychological disorders are a big challenge for medical science as the numbers are steadily increasing for mental imbalance or related disorders and these are incurable with drugs or medicines because these can change the hormonal secretions in the body (temporarily) relaxing it for the specified period of time and consequently, raise the level of the disorder by increasing the 'addiction factor' and decreasing the body's self-adaptability.
Knowledge as a therapy
Knowledge is admitted by ancestors of various civilizations as the only effective and eternal medicine for mind-body. Knowledge can change the structure of mind by changing the conceptions and consequently reflect the remedy in (physical) structure of the body. It is the most durable tool since eras where everyone was maintaining mind-body integrity and harmony by the foundation of knowledge required to make mind-body equilibrium. Everyone relies (on this concept) and this reliance may endorse people to discover holistic approach towards the balance in mind-body which was the principle followed by the people born before or in the early ages of this developed civilization.'Peace and satisfaction' is never taken from medicines and from physical efforts (neither); unfortunately, people who knows it are more than a billion but is implied by less than a hundred and they succeed to live happily. These legends try hard to approach all the grounds, however, the world is full of people who run towards the majority which is innocent and the knowledge remains silent.
About the philosophy
The science of mind is philosophical and opens ideas to know the structure of mind and its functions hypothetically. Unconscious - The Real Life is again a philosophical science that follows modern logical concepts to define all the dimensions of life and also includes measures of previous philosophers and psychologists who gave acceptable hypotheses. In addition to above, the primary importance of the philosophy is in its phenomenon of exploring the concepts, hidden (unknowingly) in the unconscious mind obscured by the clouds of misinformation obtained by the sensory organs and stored as memory, to make the equilibrium of mind-body and the nature which is the (logical) requirement of every human (being).
Terminologies
The terminologies involved in the philosophy have already been included in the various other philosophical sciences or psychological theories taken from the hypotheses originated, prepared or modified in the history. However, the philosophy explains all the terminologies logically to make it easier and acceptable to all, e.g,
Mind-Body
"It is the existence of an identified entity in its living state." Body can exist without mind (when not live) and mind can also exist without body (in exceptional cases) when it takes elements other than visible [it may be said as 'entity without identified body' or normally named as 'ghost' which is seen only by the people making the frequency of their mind to meet with what is released by those invisible elements signified by 'ghost' voluntarily or involuntarily]; but a living being, as identified, co-exist with structure of mind integrated with structure of body.
Consciousness
"It is the 'significant awareness' in regards to perception." Consciousness may also be defined as 'fractional vigilant unconsciousness' as it is noticed by the philosophers that the work performed by the people does not meet the target they set in their conscious mind. This became apparent and ascertainable when it was noticed with almost all the people involved in the previous studies.
Unconsciousness
"It is the unorganized ceaseless state of mind." It is unknown, indeterminable and overlaps consciousness frequently. This concept gave philosophers an idea why the people are unable to perform the work entirely according to their set target in the mind. The definition may also be taken as the opposite of consciousness, i.e, the state of insignificant awareness but later it was changed and accepted to the modern definition when it was noticed about the appropriate reaction performed by the people in the previous studies when they were in the unconscious state of mind.
Thought(s)
"It is the emergence of the information in the mind in a perceivable way." It may be due to the conscious efforts to obtain information stored in the memory or may be passive.
Dream(s)
"The appearance and perception of the thoughts in the state of unconsciousness." Dreams may also be termed as 'the realities of unconscious mind' as they are perceived in the state of unconsciousness in the way the world appears in consciousness. The process of dreaming is unorganizable as it happens in the unconscious mind.
Desire(s)
"Consciously pursued memorized thought(s) which needs accomplishment." The philosophy differentiates dreams and desires as-the former dwells in unconsciousness whereas the latter resides in consciousness.
True Identity
"It is the spontaneous non-changeable identity of a living being." For example, human babies, animals and others of low LoC [See above]. As the LoC increases, transparency of a living being becomes blurred, shift in mind-body equilibrium gets noticed by it (living being) and the true identity is suppressed to show an identity which fulfills the interest of consciousness.
Suppressed Identity
"It is the true identity suppressed by the level of consciousness." All the previous studies show that the people using more and more 'I' are more diseased in terms of psychology than others. Higher is the ego more suppressed is the true identity.
Ego
"It is the pseudo-identity of a living being to represent (itself)." It is the characteristic of living beings with higher level of consciousness that includes humans. In cases of living beings with lower level of consciousness (e.g, our pet), it may also be said as "spontaneous identity to represent" because they do not carry names and if we give a name, reflection of ego (spontaneous identity to represent in this case) is observed; that is how they recognize and represent themselves. However, humans are the only entities where ego is observed apparently and up to variable extent dividing them further into egoistic, egotistic, egomaniac, etc.
These terminologies are the fundamentals to understand the aspects of the philosophy. It includes and describes all the terminologies and their descriptions in a way to make an effective conclusion which may provide the ways to relieve stress and to understand the need of the holistic approach towards the balance in mind-body by cultivating true knowledge that may work as a therapy to heal ailments without medication.

Zero dependency
Continuing from the time we were in monther's womb, the dependency has been and is increasing constantly especially on the external factors that may not necessarily be required as such in sustaining our lives and they tend to make our wisdom occupied and misled, and often deviate to where returning to normal state seems a high challenge. Once we give up to our tendency to become volatile on every unlikely impression (stimulus) it becomes harder with time to recover and finally, clinical assertion pushes us away from being normal.
1. Develop your potential not to speak unless required.
2. Keep yourself witness to surroundings (not involved physiologically and/or psychologically) especially when they are not intended to bother you.
3. Keep your voluntary organs intact and only move when there is necessity to do so.
4. Align and focus your psychological entity towards the most relieving situation you ever had met [This step is mysterious and endomorphinous, and brightens distinctive discretion as to what remaining needs to be done to have zero dependency].
5. Extreme and uttermost stability gives a sense of zero dependency even to your wishes which seems to be a driving force to hold you in your physiology. Once obtained you meet most surprising moments very often.
